Brumley South, Inc. now suports and services LEP wafer handling robots.

Some refurbished LEP robots are available for sale.

Known to offer the highest performance and accuracy in the smallest package, these robots (a.k.a LUDL robots) provide very high reliability and throughout. The over-under transfer scheme permits wafer handling within a very small envelope and minimizing wafer exchange time.

The LEP 300mm robot is designed for high reliability. There are no complicated mechanisms, drive trains or multi-link arms that are prone to failure and misalignment. This product is also designed for easy service and maintenance.
