BRUMLEY SOUTH - TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If you are not an established customer the rates are as follows:

• Telephone and Email Support: $150 per hour.
• First call is 2 hours billed at $300.00 for the first support call on that occurrence.
• Credit card payment is required before support is given.
• Time is billed in 30 minutes increments billed against the CC.
• In the event that a part is purchased from BSI exceeding $1000 the telephone support charges will be credited to the purchase cost of the part.
